Here
I am
Scorning at the
Leaves that are swaying
Beautifully.
Chiding
The wind
For sweeping my
Hair albeit I like
It.
Reprimanding
The sun
For waking me
Up from my deep
Slumber.
Here
I am
Not able to
Comprehend the beauty of
Nature
Engrossed
In this
Mechanical world, I
Have failed to be
Myself.

turn gold
as days shorten,
nights lengthen and seasons

Changing
the view.
Fresh green leaves
cover bare branches, hiding
horizons.

burnished
fire bronzes
summer leaves, lights
woodland with autumn’s dying
