Leaves

Green,
the leaves
on the trees
turning red and gold.
Autumn.

I shall be running a children’s workshop on how to write Elfje at Stafford Arts Festival Book Fair tomorrow (15/09/12). I wrote the above Elfje to demonstrate the form.

Come and Go

Sunshine,
intermittent showers,
come and go
creating our lush green
land.
