I had never heard of a pea-souper before. Thank you for teaching me something new!
“Pea-souper” generally was used to refer to the thick “smog” that London used to suffer when air pollution was even more of a problem. Fortunately we don’t usually get fog as bad as that any more. 🙂
So interesting. I love the names people make up for things and then they go out of use, but some people still know about it. I think that was a very bad sentence, sorry about that. I’m pretty sure you know what I am saying, though. Have a good day, Libby!
