Bonfire

In Spain my daughter has a few acres of mostly olive but also some almond trees. They have been much neglected in recent years and so they have been spending time pruning them ready for spring. We had some wonderful bonfires burning the brash – it does blaze up well, must be the oil!

This Elfje also appears today on By the Wobbly Dum-Dum Tree.

While in Spain we spent a day at the beach, playing with our daughter and partner’s Hobbycat and throwing sticks for the dog. It was too cold to swim!

These two Elfje  also appear today at By the Wobbly Dum-Dum Tree. You can read them here.

Absent

My apoogies but there is no Elfje today!

As you read this I am away from home and have been since 9th January. I had hoped to schedule enough Elfje to cover the period that I am away but I just haven’t had the time. I will be away, without internet access, until the end of the month but normal service will return in February.

Please note that on my return I will once more be open for submissions so why not have a go and send some in?
